My name is Stephanie Ward, the CEO and Founder of Stand Tall Parenting. I’m a Certified Parent Educator for parents with children of all ages, CEIM Certified Infant Massage Instructor, and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. Over the past decade, I’ve had the incredible privilege of working alongside families just like yours.

My passion for supporting families began during my time as a  caseworker, where I noticed a common theme among parents: they were seeking genuine guidance on raising their children in a healthy way but struggles to find the right support.  

My ultimate goal is to bring families closer and help them stay strong through the challenges of parenting. I understand that the journey of being a parent is filled with ups and downs. That’s why I’m here to offer ongoing support and classes that will equip you with the tools to ride those parenting waves with confidence. I offer in-person and virtual classes where you can connect with me and have your questions answered. I want to provide a truly enriching experience by being available even after the class ends.

Now, let me share a few fun facts about myself! I absolutely adore starting my day with a good cup of coffee. It gives me the boost I need to tackle any challenge. I’m also a firm believer in the power of exercise for maintaining optimal mental health. Oh, and I’m always up for trying new and exciting foods!
